Bathroom and kitchen renovations
A walk-in shower instead of the old bath, a new kitchen, new tiles or floors. We come to see the job, give you a fixed written quote, and send you photos while we work, even when you are away.

How a quote works
Every home is different, so for bigger jobs we come and look first.

We visit your home
We look at the job and measure, with you or with your key. The visit costs €42, and we take it off the price if you go ahead.

You get a fixed written quote
In your language, before any work starts: what we will do, the materials, the price with VAT and how long it takes.

We do the work
We send you progress photos on WhatsApp. If something unexpected comes up, we stop and agree it with you first.
If materials cost more than €250, we ask for a 50% deposit before we buy them. You get an invoice for everything.
What we don't do
- Structural work, such as removing walls
- Work that needs a major building licence from the town hall
- Gas, and new electrical installations or certificates

Common questions
Do I need a permit from the town hall?
Some renovations need a permit or a notice to the town hall. We tell you before we start if your job needs one. We don't do structural work or work that needs a major building licence.
Can the work be done while I'm not in Spain?
Yes. You can leave a key with us: it gets a coded tag with no name or address. We send you progress photos on WhatsApp and tell you when the job is done.
Is there a guarantee on renovation work?
Yes. Our work has a 90-day guarantee. If something we did fails because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
