About Vecino Fix
Our name comes from "vecino", Spanish for "neighbour". That is what we want to be for you: someone local you can rely on.
Why we started
Around Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, thousands of homes belong to people from all over Europe. We kept hearing the same story: tradespeople who don't turn up, don't answer messages, or give a price that changes at the end.
We think foreign homeowners deserve better: a handyman who shows up, speaks their language and publishes prices up front.
So we started Vecino Fix. We are a small local team. We work in a few areas only, so we can be on time and come back when you need us.

What we don't do
Some jobs need a licensed specialist by law. We are honest about that:
- Gas installations
- New electrical installations and electrical certificates
- Air-con gas (refrigerant) work
- Structural work, or work that needs a major building licence
- Alarm response
For these jobs, we put you in touch with licensed professionals we trust.
